Shipping Domestic

All shipments will be sent out in 3-5 business days and you can expect your purchase to typically arrive within 10 days.  If for any reason  you require your order to arrive sooner, please get in touch with me and we can discuss other shipping options and I will do my best to keep processing time to a minimum. 

In most cases, I will send your print or original artwork flat boxed, unframed and unmatted.  I generally use a cardboard or foam core backing to protect the art along with any other packing material to ensure it makes the journey to you.

Merchandise and Apparel can take about twelve business days to process before actual shipment. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your item is shipped.

Shipping International

Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally.  I do hope to do so in the near future.  Please contact me directly if you are needing this service before you make your purchase and I will see what I can do for you!

Returns

All prints and originals are final sale.  In the case of cancelling an order within the first 24 hours that has not been shipped, there is a restocking fee of $3.00 per item that will be deducted from your refund.

If your print or other merchandise order arrives damaged, please document the damage (preferably by photo) and get in contact with me within 2 weeks of arrival.  I will arrange to send you a replacement order.  If the print cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition or that has sold out, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

Purchases from the Accessories/Gifts menu have a 15 day return policy from the day item was received. Contact me directly at info@andrea-hicks.com to initiate the process. A full refund will be applied to original method of payment once I have received the returned item.

In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can recover the cost with the insurance.

While this is very rare, in the case of an order never arriving, I cannot consider a shipment being lost until 30 days have passed the original shipment date.  Once that time has passed, we can discuss how to replace your order.  All US orders include tracking numbers, please check the tracking provided with your "order has been shipped" notification email before contacting me.
